EquiVision Habitat:The Collective Dream works
Wuhan’s rapid urban growth is displacing low-income residents, highlighting gentrification's double-edged nature. I propose a Community Land Trust model to shift land ownership to a community collective, ensuring affordable housing, prioritizing long-term community welfare, and fostering inclusiveness and social diversity amidst urban development. This aims for a fairer, sustainable renewal.
