Orca: Empowering human drivers in autonomous futures

Imagine the way you drive right now, gripping the steering wheel, checking your reviewer mirror and signaling to other cars to let them pass. You are in a L0 to L2 vehicle. Now let's fast forward 30 years where technology shows that some people will choose L4 or L5 cars, where all one has to do is enter their destination. They don’t even have to look at the road whilst the autonomous vehicle takes them to where they need to be. We are designing to empower those who still want to drive traditional cars (L0-L2) in 2055. The Orca is an augmented reality projection heads-up display that can bridge the gap between human drivers and AI vehicles to keep the road safe for everyone.
