MILITURE
MILITURE is an experiment aimed at exploring a systematic design methodology for transforming individual soldier equipment into practical daily applications. From a theoretical perspective, we propose an Analysis and Design Toolkit. This toolkit aids designers in selecting military equipment with the potential for civilian adaptation, and it provides a framework for analyzing how to dismantle the original context and form new contexts. On the practical side, we use the Paraclete assault back panel as a case study. By extracting its form language and design concepts, we create new usage contexts that can be easily transferred into everyday scenarios.

The Soda Warrior Gen1

The Soda Warrior-Grandpa

This version features a Houndstooth wool cover, allowing us to enjoy our soda in a more low-profile way. However, consuming too many sodas might not be the best for our health. Thus, the pouch color is orange, serving as a reminder to pay attention to the amount of soda we drink.

Having a newborn baby can feel like entering a new battlefield of life. Thus, there is a babysitting backpack, which enables parents to access items quickly. There are four milk bottle pouches, four formula bottle pouches, and four general pouches for diapers, clothes, medicines, toys, etc.

The GRG pouch is widely used by operators in the battlefield to carry digital devices, maps, or paper documents. Its structure bears a resemblance to a hot dog bun. Hence, with the addition of a sausage-shaped pouch, it transforms into what is named a "GRG Hot Dog".
