 The Zine How to MUSEUM was developed in order to aid the teen by offering a tool of inclusion to further engage with the museum typology and its selected works.



The youth perspective RAC provides RISD is a symbiotic relationship where RAC members are given a platform to help the institution address accessibility and community engagement.

What is important to RAC:

  • Accessibility 
  • Challenge the institution
  • Community based projects
  • Promote ideas important to teens
  • Inspire growth
  • Engaging and interactive

HELLO WORLD!

My phone’s dead, I don’t know how I’m getting home. But Zhang Qi gave me some paper after everything happened. Here’s what I remember from before: I was in town to visit my sister. She was graduating, she wanted me to meet her at the museum. I was walking around, checking things out. The museum felt like … what a museum is. Artifacts, vases, paintings, plates. Some of them had bald eagles, some of them had dragons.
